Vegetable Detox
Special guest Caroline Sutherland provided us with a recipe that is a good vegetable detox. Always be careful when detoxing. You should
consult with a health practitioner to ensure the safety of your detox. You don't want to do a vegetable detox if your body is weak.
Wash all the vegetables - and place in a food processor or blender.
Take a pealed organic cucumber;
a seeded red pepper;
a couple handfuls of parsley;
2-3 handfuls of kale;
2-3 handfuls of fresh organic spinach;
a whole avacado;
throw about 3 tablespoons of Braggs - All purpose seasoning
Blend it all together and you get a green soup-like consistency ~ it may look odd ~ but it is a very nurturing substance. With a little dollop hummus on top and you're in heaven.
